Start Windows Explorer at a C Drive Instead of Documents

1. Create a shortcut to Explorer.exe on your Desktop.
2. Right click on the shortcut and choose 'Properties' and click on the 'Shortcut' tab.
3. You will see the default '%SystemRoot%\explorer.exe' in the 'Target:' field.
4. Change the value to: C:\WINDOWS\explorer.exe /n, /e, c:\
5. Click OK and Exit.
